Getting Back on Track: June Challenge, Agency Clarity, and Risk Taking
Sometimes, the most important thing is to hit publish
I have writers block.
I don’t know why. It’s been hard for me to free flow with my writing in the way I usually do. For some reason, I’m stuck in a place where I’m thinking about what I think people will want to read as opposed to what I want to write.
Any time I’ve been trapped in this type of mindset, my newsletter suffers.
Today, I’m not thinking too hard about this. I need to simply get some words on the page so I can get my momentum back.

Today, Jules And I Are Starting A June Challenge
Travel is a beautiful part of life, but travel has its downsides. One of the downsides is obviously a lack of routine.
The trip to Plymouth was memorable, but we were gone for three weeks and now we are committed to staying in Denver, slowing things down, and getting back on our routine. To get us on the right track, Jules and I are doing a 30 day challenge together.
Juliana decided to call it “don’t be a little bitch June.” Here’s my details.
Don’t Be A Little Bitch June Challenge
Read every day
Write every day (except weekends)
Cold plunge every day
Breathwork every day
No sugar
No social media (especially YouTube)
I’m very much looking forward to forcing myself back into a routine and I know Juliana is as well. Please join us if you would like to level up alongside us.
Agency Clarity Is Really Working
Truth is, I was very nervous about creating this platform. I know how to build agencies and I really want to spread this knowledge to other people as a means to help them build financial security and wealth for themselves.
At the same time, I’ve been pushing through imposter syndrome since I’ve never built a real high ticket product line around my personal brand. But it seems to be working. People are signing up every day, mostly for The Launchpad program.
People want to build successful agencies and take advantage of this local serge in search volume and in influx of local economies.
The key to my limited but meaningful success so far has been bringing people on the team and making the investment in others. I have found that this is one of the hardest things to do when building a business because you’re spending money up front and putting faith in people you hardly know.
The natural inclination is to do everything yourself because “no one will care as much as you do,” but that is absolutely the wrong approach.
Emma and Taher have been building a world-class sales team, and we just added a new team member this morning. Sales teams, like agencies, are standalone assets and in time we will create new opportunities for ourselves simply with the systems and the machine we have created.
However, I also feel behind in terms of all the work I want to do in the community itself. There is a high demand for these courses I am creating. People are thirsty for knowledge of agencies, directories, newsletters, and sales.
I’m Doing Hard Things
I had an experience this month that put things in perspective for me.
Here’s the story: I came across a situation in which I could voluntarily take ownership of a very important project. This project involved a lot of risk because I would have been in charge of a lot of money and if I didn’t execute, I could have wasted a lot of it.
I had a moment in which I fully accepted the responsibility, and I am so glad I did.
I proved to myself again that I am totally capable of doing hard things, and although there is always risk involved, if I want to get to these new levels of entrepreneurship, then I have to be willing to take big risks and put my reputation on the line.
Last week was a full sprint. It was the first time in a while when I worked full force, morning till night, with hardly any breaks for a week straight. But it’s working out and I feel really good about it.
Work Published
I hope this morning’s essay will help you get focused on your day. Sometimes, the most important thing is simply to hit publish. That’s what I did this morning, but I am walking away from my morning newsletter with more clarity.
That’s how it works.
Love you guys. Talk to you tomorrow.
