Step 1: Create A Service Business.
The word “agency” is simply another way of saying a service business. I have built lead generation and marketing agencies in different verticals.
But for you, an agency could mean:
an accounting and bookkeeping business
a Google Business Agency (love this one!)

a house cleaning business, window cleaning business, or mobile car detail business
anything where you are building a system around serving clients
Step 2: Generate Cash Flow.
Most people struggle with this step because they do not know how to prospect for leads, market themselves, close deals, and get contracts signed.
