My 5 Step Process To Building A Business, Generating Revenue, And Creating True Wealth

I’m not here to show you how to raise money, create a fancy tech product, and become a billionaire. I don’t have any problems with that business model, but it is simply a low probability game.

I like high probability. And my system is just that. Here’s how it works.

Step 1. Generate cash flow: Cash is king. Nothing else matters until you have revenue flowing through your bank account. You do this by building a boring service business, such as an agency, an accounting firm, or a cleaning business. Any business that exchanges time for money is great because it generates quick cash flow.

Step 2. Build a team: You can’t do it alone. There is no such thing as a solopreneur. Without a team, you will be working 80 hours a week, stressed out, and always grinding. We don’t want to hustle, we want to prosper. I’ll show you exactly how to find talented employees who won’t kill your profits.

Step 3. Build systems and processes: You will hear me say this a lot: “The process is the product, the system is the profits.” Without documented SOPs, you will always be scrambling to complete the next task. The boring, technical work in this step is what enables you to scale and start making more while working less.

Step 4. Start working ON the business and not IN the business: Now that you’ve built a system, your focus shifts to growth. This is where you master marketing and sales. Once your team and systems are servicing your clients, your sole focus becomes getting more clients and making more money.

Step 5. Invest your cash flow and build a personal holdings company: Your agency is the linchpin of the wheel, but it is not where you create true wealth. True wealth and passive income come from owning things, not from doing things. At this step, you learn how to reinvest your profits into other businesses that generate passive income for you while you sleep.

Follow this simple process and you will start building towards a life that you control.
