Getting My Video Production On Point
It seems simple, but creating a real system has been more complicated than I thought. The good news is we are finally at the point where my team and I are moving in sync. Here’s the workflow.

The whole concept of building Tim Stodz Media has been harder than I expected, but now the system is producing results. My sales for The Launchpad are steady and my following grows every day.
With content running smoothly, my focus shifts to the operations side of the agency.
Hiring The New SEO Director For Quantum Leads
We’ve reached the stage where roles need to be separated. Douglas has been wearing two hats, building the strategy and managing tasks. Some things have shifted.
We brought in Denis, an expert at ClickUp and a highly talented SEO
This gives Douglas more room to focus on strategy, which is where he thrives
We’re working to operationalize the workflow since each department has its own procedures for advertising, social, and SEO
Quantum Leads continues to grow. It doesn’t always feel like a dramatic leap forward, but progress shows up in the systems we build and the way the team improves. This is the work that makes the business durable.
While Quantum is about steady agency growth, The Machine Method lets me create products and share what I’ve learned. That’s where the directory course comes in.
Finishing The Directory Course In The Machine Method
I’m surprised by how many people want to build online directories. My boring yet profitable model is getting more attention than I imagined.
I’ve already finished the free Machine Method 101 course for new community members. Now my attention is on completing the 7 Figure Directories course.
I’ve recorded about half the lessons, and my plan is to finish one lesson a week through October. Once that’s wrapped, I’ll be able to shift my energy to the next project, possibly a course on building membership sites.
The vision here is bigger than just one course. My goal is to make The Launchpad the most useful and valuable membership platform in the world — a place where entrepreneurs can take control of their income.
And that brings me back to the bigger picture.
The Same Old Story
It’s not about chasing one big win. It’s about stacking small wins over and over until the compounding becomes undeniable.
That mantra has guided me for the last 10 years, and I trust it will carry me through the next 10.
A decade from now, I’ll be so much further ahead than I am now. All from steady, incremental growth.
