All of my businesses have followed the same 3 part strategy. I call it The ADM framework.
A = Agency
D = Directories
M = Media
Today, I will break down the three elements of my framework, and then show you how to combine these departments to create investment opportunities for yourself.
Note* - There is a lot of information in this week’s issue. For the sake of giving you a digestible newsletter to read, I will write this straight to the point. I will leave out nuance and details, but if you have any questions, please hit reply and ask me. I respond to every single one.

1. My Agency Generates Cash Flow
I love agencies because they are straightforward and generate great cash flow.
For me, my agency has always been a lead generation firm for healthcare companies, but it does not have to be a marketing agency.
The term agency can be a bit misleading. The point is that it represents any service business where you work directly with a client. This could be a:
Social media agency
Accounting firm
Home cleaning business
Mobile car detailing business
The main purpose of this business is cash flow. Although service businesses are difficult to scale, their primary benefit is that they generate immediate liquidity.
For example, Quantum Leads will never have 1000X tech company scale, but it will always be profitable and generate multiple 7 figures in revenue.
This client service engine is critical because it gives you the capital you need to fund the next stage of the ecosystem.
This brings us to the directory stage.
2. Business Directories Are High Profit And Generate Leads For The Agency
Directories rock. I love them because they are boring, straightforward, highly profitable, and fit the overarching model of my enterprise perfectly.
I currently have 6 directories in my portfolio, and we are actively building more.
Here is a quick breakdown of my current portfolio:
Sober Nation: My first and largest directory. We just launched a total rebuild where AI creates and improves the listings automatically.
Detox Local: Helps people find drug detox facilities.
Your First Step: A nationwide list of addiction treatment centers across the country.
Stem Cell Authority: Goes live today. We rebuilt the entire platform using AI.
Medically Assisted: Helps people find Suboxone and Vivitrol clinics.
KetamineSearch.com: Lists all the Ketamine Clinics in the country.
We are also developing directories for autism clinics, hormone clinics, and psychedelic retreats.
How do business directories fit into this framework? They monetize in two distinct ways.
First, you sell advertising or featured listings. All local businesses want more leads and customers. Once your directory builds enough organic traffic, demand for featured ad space explodes.
Business owners can either buy a featured listing directly on the site or reach out to my team.
Here is my revenue from last week.
Second, directories feed client deals straight into my agency. When a business owner reaches out to buy a featured listing on a directory, they are auto qualifying themselves as a ideal client for Quantum Leads.
It is seamless to start a conversation with these advertisers, remind them that we offer full client services, and help them build out their internal digital marketing.
I have generated dozens of high value clients and hundreds of thousands in revenue using this exact crossover.
3. Media and Content
If agencies generate cash and directories capture search intent, media is the glue that holds everything together.
Most of you know how strongly I believe in content marketing. Copyblogger is one of the world’s most reputable content marketing education companies, and I use these exact strategies to grow my own portfolio.
The specific media asset that powers this healthcare loop is called Healthy Margins. It is a weekly newsletter where I help healthcare professionals and business owners grow their companies.
The media engine completes the flywheel. As the newsletter audience grows, I generate more agency leads for Quantum, which creates more opportunities to sell directory listings, which expands my executive network.
Every newsletter I send triggers replies, questions, and conversations from active founders. Content marketing is a long term commitment, but the compound returns are massive.
Content marketing also extends far beyond a newsletter. You should incorporate video, audio, and social content to establish yourself as the leading authority in your niche.
You do not need a massive audience to make this work, you just need to reach the right decision makers. For instance, I generated 3 total leads from a video about growing a peptide clinic. One of those leads converted into a nationwide longevity clinic paying $10,000 per month.
These three departments function as independent, standalone businesses, but together they form an engine that generates continuous cash flow, brand authority, and deal flow.
The Secret Sauce: Using The Model To Build My Personal Holdings Company
The true power of this model is not just running three profitable departments. The real magic happens when this engine creates natural, proprietary deal flow.
By running this flywheel repeatedly, I constantly receive high quality investment opportunities. Most of my long term wealth sits in equity. My operational assets generate cash, and I deploy that cash into real estate, stocks, and private businesses.
The endgame is always ownership.

Every piece of work I do serves a single objective: building my Personal Holdings Company, Blue and Hazel Holdings.
It is not an investment firm. I do not take on debt, bring in limited partners, or manage an outside fund. It is strictly my capital, my family, and our future.
Through my holding company, I own equity in healthcare centers, partner agencies, real estate properties, daily index fund allocations, crypto, and select software assets like directorly.app.
These investments run completely in the background. I do not actively manage them. In fact, the less I interfere with them, the better they perform.
This allows me to keep my complete focus on my core growth engines: Quantum Leads, my directories, and my media assets. My team manages the daily operations of these digital assets while I focus on dealmaking and growth. The cash generated automatically flows into long term assets.
I automate the operations, invest the surplus, and ignore the noise.
In Conclusion: I Keep Things Simple
Early in my career, I was fascinated by complexity. When I was getting sober, I used to hit the gym, watch Gary Vaynerchuk videos, and dream of building a massive, highly complex corporate empire.
Over time, I completely outgrew that mindset. I have no interest in owning a massive complex conglomerate. I already have more money than I will ever need and far more than I ever expected to have. My goal today is simply doing great work with people I like.
This model gives me total control over my time. I can workout whenever I want, ride bikes with my son to kindergarten every morning, take trips overseas with my wife, and live without constant stress.
Adding unnecessary complexity only adds anxiety. I am content building simple, cash generating businesses, and I have zero desire to keep up with social media founders chasing vanity metrics.
