I'm in—daily midday meditation. Things felt significantly better when I did this consistently. Not sure when the wheels fell off the bus, but I'm putting them back on right now. Thanks for the opportunity to get back on track. I wish you all the best with your reset as well.

30-day, 2-minute plank to strengthen my core.

1.5 mile walk every day.

Meditate 15 minutes morning/night

That's it.
