I have been thinking a lot about pricing.
Especially as it pertains to The Launchpad and Sales Training.
Today, I’m brainstorming some options.

The Difference In One Time Payments And Monthly Recurring
For me, the distinction was always clear. If you are selling something that is a standalone product, you charge a one time fee. But if you are selling something that continuously generates value, then you charge a monthly recurring fee.
Launchpad is the latter.
I am constantly creating new lessons and applying them to the courses I’m building. So under this model, I should be charging a monthly fee, right?
I’m not so sure.
Why Would I Bill One Time?
A few reasons.
It’s easier. One of the biggest issues with monthly subscriptions is failed payments. People change debit cards or don’t manage their finances well enough, and the charge gets denied.
It’s less intimidating. People are more inclined to buy something that doesn’t have commitments. A more expensive one time fee is easier to accept than a smaller recurring charge.
It feels better for me. My focus with Agency Clarity is to serve. I absolutely want to make money and fully expect to, but I also believe that if I keep making it easier for people to access this information, I’ll build a more successful business in the long run.
Eventually, I Think It Will Be A One Time Product
The reason it feels like a monthly charge now is because I am creating the content live in front of everyone. But eventually, probably a year from now, all the lessons will be recorded and published.
At that point, the only recurring work on my end will be the weekly coaching calls. And maybe in that case, I can charge a monthly fee for Sales Training that starts after people have completed the six month program.
I don’t know why I’m feeling called to this.
I want to make it easy for people to do this, because I’m certain it’s the best way to start building a business and creating multiple income streams.
I’ll give it some more thought.
