I’m Building an Empire: New Business, YouTube Growth, and a Game-Changing Strategy

Good morning.
I’m in a building season of my life. Now that my vision is clear, you can expect a lot of “building in public” emails, which will be a nice change.
In this email, I want to show you what I’ve been working on.

Quantum Leads Is Live
My new agency, Quantumleads.com, is live.
This is where I will be focusing most of my time over the next ten years. Now that I am no longer part of Stodzy, starting from scratch has been a little scary, but I have already brought in some decent revenue, and the business is growing.
This time around, I want to learn from the mistakes I made while building Stodzy. Quantum Leads will be a growth agency, but it will also be much more. It will have three different departments.
Client Services. This side of the business is similar to Stodzy. I will build “done-for-you” marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and website development.
Lead Generation Assets. I have been doing a lot of work on directories, and many of you have reinspired me. I am building an entire network of lead generation directories in the healthcare spaces I serve. This includes behavioral health, plant medicine, ketamine, and testosterone clinics.
This means I will have a client services side, but I will also own media properties where I can sell leads directly to customers.
Data and Business Intelligence. I am going to build a proprietary database that provides market intelligence and user insights for the entire healthcare industry. I am not sure exactly how I will do this yet, but I imagine a dashboard where I can easily analyze market growth for testosterone clinics in St. Paul, Minnesota, and cross-reference it with average cost-per-click data to gain a competitive advantage.
It’s going to be sick.
The Google Business Profile Agency Course Is Live
Yes, I finally did it.

My goal is to record one video every day. I am not going to spend a lot of time editing or making it high-production with sound effects and transitions, but at $99 a year, it’s a steal.
I also think people like my laid-back presentation style, so it might even work as a feature rather than a flaw.
If I stick to one video a day, I can finish both the Google Business Profile course and the Six-Figure Directory course by the end of Q2. That feels like a solid goal.
I’m Going To Turn Myself Into A YouTube Star
Seriously, I’m all in.
I am getting more comfortable in front of the camera, and Isaac is helping me take things to the next level with great editing and a style that feels uniquely mine.
The hardest part about YouTube is sticking to a single topic. Like my newsletter, I have decided not to overthink it. Some days I record videos about business and writing, and yesterday I made one about investing.
Even my shorts are getting good views.
My mission for my personal brand is to help people create multiple streams of income, and that covers a lot of ground. Until I find a compelling reason to change my strategy, I will keep creating content on different subjects.
My growth is really starting to take off, and I hope to hit 10,000 subscribers by the end of April.
