5 Life And Business Updates Before My Birthday

Today, the family and I are heading to Santa Fe.
Saturday is my birthday, so we’re doing a weekend trip. I have to pack and my mind is all over the place, so today I’m keeping it simple with some quick life and business updates.

1. Quantum Leads Is Going Great, Which I’m Happy About
When I sold my stake in Stodzy, I was pretty nervous.
Now that some time has passed, I’m realizing I still had a lot of mental blocks. I told myself I couldn’t go out on my own because I needed “my team” to do the things I thought I didn’t know how to do.
Things like:
managing invoices
talking with clients and doing meetings
managing reports
logistics and organization
As always, that was just a mental block. I’ve quickly discovered that if I put my mind to it, I can do anything.
It’s also great because I only have a few clients, so I know the work is top notch. I feel so much less stressed than I used to. It’s been a learning lesson for sure.
Now, I’m working on SEOing the Quantum website and creating YouTube videos that go along with the services and industries I’m focusing on. I’m looking forward to showing you how all that goes.
2. Juliana Is Crushing It With Her New Business
I’m so proud of her.
She’s getting new inquiries and clients every day.
What’s awesome about breathwork is that it’s such a powerful tool that once people experience it, the service sells itself. Everyone tells their friends and it grows through word of mouth.
Now that we’re generating leads digitally, that initial influx is coming in. From there, it grows organically.

3. I Need To Be Better With My Fitness
I was on such a hot streak.
The kids’ schedule has been all over the place with the holidays, and it’s been hard to stay consistent. Jules and I canceled our gym membership last month because the weather is getting nice and we have a home gym in our garage.
I’ve always needed something to keep me accountable with my training. That’s why I like hiring coaches or doing classes.
For example, I never miss Muay Thai training or sparring because it’s scheduled. Maybe I’ll go back to something like Orange Theory because it takes all the planning and thinking out of it.
I’m still in great shape, but even after a week of inconsistency, I start to feel like I’m slacking off.
Must. Stay. Shredded.
4. I’m Thinking About Adding Book Reviews To My YouTube Channel
I’ve always been an avid reader.
I love reading books and then watching YouTube videos from other book nerds to hear their insights. I think I might start doing that too.
No editing. Just record from my iPhone.
I go back and forth between “keep it light hearted” and “don’t add another thing to your plate right now, just stay focused.”
We’ll see. It’s an idea.
