I have felt some overwhelm lately. I can feel it in others around me as well.
It is reassuring to me that no one has panicked. No one has “gone off the rails.” Yet, the workload is pilling up and every day there are new curve balls thrown at us.
How do you handle all the changes and volatility?
You do what’s right in front of you.
Worrying about what tomorrow will bring is useless. It serves no utility. It’s understandable to get worked up in uncertain times. Regardless, the only way out is through.
Take a moment. Pause. Look at what’s right in front of you.
Turn off the distractions and the screaming voices. Focus on the next right thing.
Do that. Then do it again. Everything will be just fine.
