Why I've been MIA all week
I write a lot about priorities. As entrepreneurs, and as humans who want attention, it is tempting to chase glamour metrics. Making videos, posting on social, fishing for views and likes.
My younger self would have lost focus. But now that I am older and hopefully wiser, I know when it is time to buckle down and execute on what matters, and when it is time to invest in brand.
This week, I have been completely focused on serving my customers.
Quantum Leads is thriving and Machine Method is getting new members every day.
When that happens, it becomes even more important to keep your eye on what matters.
For me, the important work is always SERVE THE CUSTOMER.
Serve the customer while still building for the future.
Now that the new customers are onboarded and The Machine Method has been reorganized, I should have more time next week to write and make videos.
