I’ve been writing a lot about my new product line, called Agency Clarity. However, the vast majority of my time recently has still been working with my clients and working on my agency.
Quantum Leads is still my priority.
In today’s email, I will give you the breakdown on how I will continue to grow my agency and how I will apply the lessons I’ve learned from the past.

1. Yes, I Will Be SEOing My Website
Here’s the thing. I don’t think onsite SEO is as powerful as it used to be. Traditional content marketing doesn’t generate inbound search traffic the way it used to. If you want proof, just take one look at the inbound traffic from Copyblogger over the last four years.
This is obviously because of AI.
Luckily, Copyblogger is still thriving because I’ve hyper focused the types of inbound traffic that Copyblogger generates, which means that anyone who comes to the website now is a potential buyer.
This is the exact strategy I will use for Quantum Leads.

However, this time around, I’m not just going to be creating the content and hoping to generate hyper specific traffic from it.
I’m going to create an entire playlist on my YouTube channel specifically for Quantum Leads, and then for each one of these pages, I’ll create a YouTube video to match.
This will do two things:
It will strengthen the page itself
It will give me a video I can use to drive leads independently of the website
The aggregate of the work will be a media company that specializes in lead generation for all of these hyper affluent healthcare industries. I don’t anticipate it being a huge traffic generator, but I absolutely expect to bring in anywhere between one to three deals a month from it.
Cash money in the bank.
2. How I Am Pricing Out My Services
I’m keeping it so damn simple.
Everything will be local. One of the big problems we came across with Stodzy is that some of the drug rehab clients we worked with were national while others were hyper local.
Some residential facilities need to generate admissions from all across the country while outpatient facilities need to generate admissions directly from the community.
Although we were still servicing one type of industry, even within that industry there were huge variations of business models and therefore huge variations in how we needed to approach the marketing.
I’m only offering three tiers.
Local SEO: $2500 a month
Local SEO and onsite content marketing: $8000 a month
Pay per click and advertising:
For $5000 monthly spend or below: $1500 a month fee
For $5000 to $30000 monthly spend: $3000 a month fee
For $30000 and above: $6000 a month fee
If a customer doesn’t fit into one of these tiers, I’m not taking the deal. I don’t have any pressure to continuously grow and bring on more business this time around, so my goal is to work with high end customers who are doing great work that I will scale and grow with.
3. The Media Network
The final aspect to my world domination plan is the directories that I am building, own, and plan to build.
This is a very long term play, but ultimately I will build a network of directories and media outlets that generate third party leads for me. This is a bit more complicated to write about because it’s not always as black and white as building static directories. In some cases, I might just build a network of landing pages, send paid traffic to those pages, and sell the leads independently of my services.
I’m building something that doesn’t just generate leads for my clients, but also a third party network where customers can come in and buy leads directly. In my mind, I see it as an actual tech stack, where buyers can log in, view their dashboard, and see their cost per acquisition. But this is all far into the future and who knows if it will come together or not.
Patience, Being Methodical, And Sticking To The Plan
I’m in a good place in my life. I’m not feeling the anxiety of more, yet I’m absolutely feeling the excitement of building. The only way I’ll fail is if I get in my own way, so as long as I stick to the process, stay patient, and move toward my goal every day, I know this will become a huge success for me.
