Tricycle Day My Favorite Examples
Tricycle Day is a newsletter about psychedelics. I have been very inspired by this brand because it shows a great example of something I have already done in the past.
Henry, the company’s founder, has created a media company built entirely around psychedelics. He has monetized the newsletter through sponsorships, directories, and by selling his services.
He uses the newsletter to collect leads for his agency, Let Go Studio, where he runs ad campaigns for large psychedelic retreats.

I have seen this model work, and I have made it work in the past. Now I need to do it for myself.
The Patient Pipeline My Healthcare Business Newsletter
I shut down The Census and imported all my contacts into Substack. My new newsletter is called The Patient Pipeline.
I am positioning it differently and doing something similar to what I did with TimStodz.com.
I think people are tired of the standardized newsletter format filled with curated links, shallow jokes, and anonymous graphs.
People want personal experience, real insight, and a unique point of view they can learn from. The Patient Pipeline is going to be a weekly essay or video directly from me. I will research new healthcare industries, record videos on what is working, and help people create lead generation strategies that bring patients into clinics, retreats, and online healthcare brands.

This is one way I will grow Quantum Leads, but it is also how I will build myself as an authority in the space.
I genuinely love healthcare. For all the flaws in the system, there are incredible people doing meaningful work to help others. New science, treatment methods, and holistic modalities are helping people live longer, healthier, and more abundant lives.
I love it.
I am confident I will establish myself as an authority in the healthcare business space. With my systems in place and my team executing, I know this will grow fast.
