I Am In The Right Place
Today, I spoke with my friend Noah.
Noah and I met two years ago. He reached out after seeing I was interested in stem cells and asked for my help. We connected right away, and eventually Jules and I flew to Thailand to meet him and his wife.
It was a great time.
Noah and I talk about once a month. He lives in Spain, and earlier today we had a zoom call.
Noah is a biohacker. He is obsessed with longevity and health. A few years ago, he started a coaching program to help men and women clean heavy metals out of their bodies, regulate hormones, improve diets, and live more fulfilling lives.
He is the man.
Noah told me how fast his coaching business is growing, and all it did was reinforce the idea that people today are desperate for these services.
I feel grateful to be in the healthcare space.
Although, when I say healthcare it does not feel completely accurate. Healthcare usually means hospitals, urgent care clinics, and emergency rooms. Those services are important, but what we are talking about is optimization and proactive health improvements.
stem cells
hormones
organic foods
fitness
breathwork
psychedelics
healing work
sobriety
The world is changing. People are waking up. We are rediscovering that health is not sterile. Health is all encompassing.
I am so happy to see how well Noah is doing. He is a pro, so I never doubted he would succeed. But seeing how fast it is happening was still shocking. It reinforced my belief that I am in the right place.

Thank you! I will get started on this immediately! If I can help promote your success in any way.. please let me know!
Hey Tim,
I have been following you for some time now, and I am enjoying your perspective on life. It challenges me. Your passion and care for others are really inspiring.
My name is Gary Holm. I have been involved in healthcare and management of some facet since 1995, mostly in senior care and case management. The thing that catches my attention is your use of “healthcare.” People think it’s a doctor, a nurse, a patient, and that’s it. But I see so many good, caring people burn out, become victims of a hardness where they just go through the motions. I see them become victims of the healthcare system themselves due to burnout, poor diet, destructive habits, stress, and fatigue.
All this is exacerbated when combined with the dynamic of fewer healthcare workers and greater numbers of unhealthy people.
Baby boomer numbers will increase from 50 million to around 70 million (plus) by 2030. And patients are forced to wait longer, are more stressed out and are growing more obese.
“The World Obesity Federation's 2025 Atlas projects that the total number of adults living with obesity will increase by more than 115% between 2010 and 2030, from 524 million to 1.13 billion. This alarming increase is a result of insufficient plans and policies to address rising obesity levels globally.”
I am looking for ways to help those 50+. This would be building groups focusing in the areas of:
• Weight management
• Eating (Intermittent fasting, low sugar, less processed foods)
• Money Management (Some studies say that 4 out of 5 seniors are not prepared for retirement and will live on social security alone. Rising healthcare and long-term costs, inflation, and lack of financial planning escalate stress among seniors.
• Helping with provider resilience and discovering ways to help healthcare workers cope.
I believe your heart is to help people in either traditional or non-traditional ways. The need here in the healthcare industry is so huge, where does one start to make an impact? Like the boy on the beach who threw a starfish back into the ocean. There were millions of starfish, but he declared he had made a difference for that one starfish. I feel that at 63 years old, I want to focus on Baby Boomers. I do believe medications can be necessary and helpful, but my passion is for me and my wife to be medication-free, to exercise daily, to stay away from sugar and processed, non-satiating food. We have seen my wife get off of blood pressure meds and drop 30+ pounds. I feel full of energy and have a goal to stop taking my blood pressure med within the next year and financially build a healthy portfolio that will outlive us and be a blessing to my kids. I want to find people who are looking for these opportunities to change their lives as well.
My greatest joy is helping others succeed! Will you help me to help others?
Thank you!
