Speed to market is super fast thanks to AI but also made defending what you built if it gets traction impossible. But specialization alone doesn’t save you either. A hyper-specific product nobody finds is just an expensive hobby. Distribution is what makes or breaks it, niche or mass market, AI or not. Always has been.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

idk. i don't think I agree. The wealthiest people i know and work with don't have a list or any form of "distribution." In fact, they could literally care less about LinkedIn or social media.

Distribution isn't a LinkedIn following. It's how anyone finds out you exist. Word of mouth is distribution. A sales call is distribution. A referral from a client is distribution. My guess is that the people you know don't need social media because their network is their distribution channel. That's still distribution, just the expensive kind that took 20 years to build.
